The below T&C only applies to "Wellness Revolution Products"

EFT Request and Authorization: Client hereby authorizes AMBER SHAW LLC to make periodic charges of withdrawals (“EFT Authorization”) from the account used to pay the initial payment designated by Client and accepted by AMBER SHAW LLC, for the payment of any and all fees, late fees, costs, expenses or any other monies due AMBER SHAW, LLC under the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The client may change the account designated, cancel agreement, or request alteration of the initial agreement, with giving 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Unless paid in full for 6months, I understand that this agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time, in writing, with a minimum notice of 30 days. If paid upfront for a 6months, after the 6 months term is up, I understand I will automatically be charged for another 6 months unless canceled, in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice to support@ambershaw.com.I understand that AMBER SHAW, LLC is under no obligation to offer a refund once terms have been agreed upon
